Elizabeth Township: Penn-Elm Park Pavilion

Park Rules and Regulations 

Pavilion reservations are available starting in January each year. The pavilion rental season is March-October, weather permitting. Pavilion use is open to the public, with reservations given precedence for use.  Check pavilion availability on the calendar below.

Priority for pavilion use and reservation follows these guidelines:

• Class A: All organizations affiliated with or supervised by Elizabeth Township; or as determined by the Board of Supervisors.
• Class B: Elizabeth Township Residents & Businesses; Non-profit organizations (Civic, Fraternal, Religious, Educational)
• Class C: All others

Fees – payment is due at time of reservation:

Class A: $0 or as determined by the Board of Supervisors
Class B: $65
Class C: $80

Pavilion offers:

• Electrical outlets (110V)
• 11 Picnic Tables
• No Lights

Park offers:

• Open space grass area
• Small playground
• Portable Toilet service

Park hours are dawn-dusk, with the exception of Sundays (no pavilion use prior to 1 pm). Pavilion provides electric outlets, but there are no lights. Rental of pavilion does not imply reservation of other park facilities (ie playground).  Penn-Elm Park is a carry in, carry out facility. Renters should not litter or leave trash behind – renters must provide their own trash bags. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations for any reason. However, renters can reschedule rental for another available date.
