Pavilion reservations are available starting in January of each year. The pavilion rental season is March-October, weather permitting. Pavilions are open to the public for use, however precedence is given to reservations. Click here to check availability and reserve online.

Priority for Pavilion Reservations follows these guidelines:

Class A: All organizations affiliated with or supervised by Warwick Township; or as determined by the Board of Supervisors.
Class B: Warwick Township Residents & Businesses; Non-profit organizations (Civic, Fraternal, Religious, Educational)
Class C: All others

Fees – payment due in full at time of reservation:
Class A: No Charge
Class B: $50 ($75 with Kitchen) per day*
Class C: $75 ($100 with Kitchen) per day*

- Fridge & Freezer

One pavilion is available to reserve, with or without access to the attached kitchen. Reservation period available dawn to dusk, with the exception of Sundays (no use prior to Noon). Refunds for rental cancellations of any reason will only be considered if request is made 72 hours in advance of reservation date.
