WRRC coordinates community sports field and facility use in all sports seasons, for local municipalities and Warwick School District. The organizations listed below request and reserve field times through WRRC.

Volunteer Clearances

All youth sport adult volunteers/coaches are expected to maintain current criminal background and child abuse clearance. *FBI clearance and fingerprinting is required if the coach/volunteer has lived outside of PA in the past 10 years. WRRC recommends that volunteers/coaches have their clearances updated every 5 years at a a minimum.

Individuals/Volunteers can request clearances themselves, at no charge. (*child abuse clearances are free every five years).

The criminal background check and child abuse clearance can be completed online. The FBI clearance can be started online but is only complete when fingerprints are submitted. Clearance certificates and reports should be submitted to the head of the volunteer organization. The organization head can submit clearances to WRRC to maintain on file on behalf of the organization.

Safety Training

WRRC is happy to provide additional resources to coaches related to health, safety, and coordination of sports activity. Coaches are in a position to not only be leaders and strong communicators, but they also are often first responders when incidents occur in sports. Training and certificates are available for topics posted below. These certificates, along with clearances for adult volunteers, can be kept on file by WRRC if an organization requests this service.
